By downloading, installing, or using the True Name Meaning application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App on iOS and Android platforms.

2. Description of Service

True Name Meaning is an entertainment and informational application that provides users with name meanings, interpretations, and related content, available on iOS and Android devices. The App may offer:

• Name meaning lookups and interpretations
• Personalized name analysis and insights
• In-app purchases for premium features or content
• Additional content packs or subscription options

3. User Information

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to provide your name or other basic personal information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your information up to date
• Not impersonate any other person or entity

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases and/or subscription options. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the respective platform's refund policy (Apple or Google)

Saurabhinfosys does not directly process payments and is not responsible for billing disputes, which must be addressed with Apple or Google.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including name meanings, interpretations, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Saurabhinfosys or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App
• Resell or sublicense access to the App or its content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Saurabhinfosys does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Name meanings and interpretations are provided for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for important life decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saurabhinfosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date or by in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
