Saurabh Infosys End User Licence Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE TRUE NAME MEANING APPLICATION. BY CLICKING "AGREE," DOWNLOADING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA.
1. License Grant
Saurabhinfosys ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the True Name Meaning application ("App") on iOS or Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA and any applicable App Store rules.
2. License Restrictions
You agree that you will NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
- Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the App or any rights therein to any third party
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright notices) in the App
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
- Use the App to develop a competing product or service
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans for enhanced features. Applicable terms include:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Cancellation can be managed through your Apple or Google account settings
- No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or platform policy
- Licensor reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, design, graphics, software, and related materials, is owned by Saurabhinfosys and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Saurabhinfosys.
5. Updates and Changes
Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Such updates may be required to continue using the App. Licensor reserves the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NAME MEANINGS AND INTERPRETATIONS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 shall survive termination.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by law.
10. Apple & Google Specific Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- Apple has no warranty obligation for the App
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA
If you downloaded from Google Play Store, you acknowledge that Google has similar limited responsibilities as described in Google's terms of service.
