1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Seaglass you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence

Saurabh Infosys grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Seaglass on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, not to misuse it or interfere with its operation, and not to use it for anything unlawful.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Seaglass is free to use. Optional paid features ("Plus") are offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings, and you can restore purchases from the app. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Any free trial or introductory price is shown in the app, and unused trial time may be forfeited when you buy a subscription.

5. Health disclaimer

Seaglass is a support tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, counsellor or quitline. Health statements in the app are general information, use the word "may", and are not a promise of results. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about stopping nicotine and about cessation aids. In the US you can call 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669). If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number. If you track other habits such as alcohol, note that stopping suddenly can be dangerous for heavy drinkers; please talk to a doctor first.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, text, graphics and code are owned by Saurabh Infosys or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your own content stays yours.

7. Disclaimers

Seaglass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for your particular needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saurabh Infosys is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
