1. Introduction

Saurabh Infosys ("we", "us", "our") built Seaglass to help people track their time without nicotine, build healthy habits and find support in difficult moments. We take your privacy seriously and collect as little as possible. This policy explains what Seaglass does with your information.

2. Information the app handles

• Your quit details (quit date, how much you used, what it cost, your reason, triggers, check-ins, journal entries, goals). These are stored only on your device. We never receive them.
• Optional photos you choose for your reason or goals. They stay on your device.
• Purchase information if you subscribe to Seaglass Plus. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and processed through RevenueCat using an anonymous app user ID. We do not receive your name, email or payment details.

There is no account, no advertising and no analytics in this version of the app.

3. How we use information

Information stored in Seaglass is used only to provide the features you see in the app. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Device permissions

• Notifications (optional): used only for local reminders such as milestones and your daily check-in. They are created on your device.
• Face ID / fingerprint (optional): used only to unlock the app on your device. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never seen by us.
• Photos (optional): only the images you pick.

You can turn any permission off at any time in your device settings.

5. Third-party services

The app relies on these services, which have their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store / Google Play process payments and manage your subscription.
• RevenueCat (purchases) receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase status to unlock Plus features.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is kept in the app's private storage on your device and protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption). No method of storage is perfectly secure, so please keep your device protected.

7. Children's privacy

Seaglass is intended for users aged 18 and over, because it deals with nicotine. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Your choices and deleting your data

Use Settings → Delete all my data in the app to erase everything on your device, or simply uninstall the app. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on a server.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be shown in the app or on this page.
