End User Licence Agreement

WaterCat is not published yet. This agreement will apply once the app is released.

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Saurabh Infosys ("Licensor", "we", "us") for the use of the WaterCat mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Licence grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and subject to this EULA and the usage rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App, rent, lease, sell, sublicense or distribute it, remove any proprietary notices, or use it in violation of any law.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Saurabh Infosys and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights. Content you create in the App remains yours.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes or new features. Updates may be required to keep using the App, and this EULA applies to them.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases

Any paid features or subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's payment, renewal and refund terms.

7. Termination

This EULA applies until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it. You can end it at any time by deleting the App. On termination you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saurabh Infosys disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saurabh Infosys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in this EULA limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

10. Apple and Google

This EULA is between you and the Licensor only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price, and to the extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing claims about the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you once you accept it.

11. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
