Sudoku Duel is not published yet. This policy describes how the app is designed to handle your information. It will be confirmed when the app is released.

Saurabh Infosys ("we", "us", "our") built Sudoku Duel to let you play Sudoku, alone or with a friend nearby. We take your privacy seriously and collect as little as possible. This policy explains what Sudoku Duel does with your information.

2. Information the app handles

• Game progress and settings, stored on your device.
• Nearby play data: when you play with a friend over Wi-Fi or hotspot, moves and a display name you choose are sent directly between the two devices on the local network. This data does not pass through our servers.

There is no account, and we do not collect personal information on our servers.

3. How we use information

Information stored in Sudoku Duel is used only to provide the features you see in the app. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Device permissions

• Local network / nearby devices: used only to find and connect to the friend you are playing with on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot.

You can turn any permission off at any time in your device settings.

5. Third-party services

The app relies on these services, which have their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store / Google Play process any purchases you make.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is kept in the app's private storage on your device and protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption). No method of storage is perfectly secure, so please keep your device protected.

7. Children's privacy

Sudoku Duel is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Your choices and deleting your data

Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your device.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be shown in the app or on this page.
