Sleep Sound is not published yet. These terms will apply once the app is released.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Sleep Sound you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence

Saurabh Infosys grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Sleep Sound on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, not to misuse it or interfere with its operation, and not to use it for anything unlawful.

4. Purchases

If the app offers any paid features, they are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, shown with their price before you buy, and governed by the store's payment and refund policies.

5. Health disclaimer

Sleep Sound provides general wellness information and tools. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor or other qualified health professional. Talk to a professional about any health concern.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, text, graphics and code are owned by Saurabh Infosys or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your own content stays yours.

7. Disclaimers

Sleep Sound is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for your particular needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saurabh Infosys is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
